Imagine the opposite of traditional psychotherapy where rather than focusing on the mind, we are focusing on the energy and where it lives and how it moves in the body. We search for the roots that need healing in our interconnected dimensions and foster a space where alignment, balance and clarity are created. More so, where we can come back to life again through cultivated inspiration, empowerment and understanding. If you are undergoing large shifts and transformations, this is a new level and journey of its own.
