About the Work... 

Integrative Craniosacral Therapy is a modality that combines Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Sound Healing and Energywork to provide a dynamic and layered therapeutic session addressing simultaneous dimensions of the human systems including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.  

Each session is unique depending on the client’s needs, however, one can expect the foundation of each treatment is Craniosacral Therapy using a variety of hand positions and protocol supplemented with sound healing tools, such as on-the-body tuning forks and tensor rings, complemented with energywork to assist in facilitation of the session.

Integrative Craniosacral Therapy is beneficial for issues related to the cranium, spine, and sacrum. It is also commonly used for central nervous system disorders, chronic pain, autoimmune diseases, mental health, sleep disturbances, stress, anxiety, major life transitions and general relaxation.

Although the modality itself is quite subtle, it can have a significant impact on one’s health and state of wellbeing. Integrative Craniosacral Therapy is a great adjunct to Massage Therapy, Ayurveda, Acupuncture, Chiropractic care, Physical Therapy and Psychotherapy.
